Phil's Medical Bills

My sweet baby Phil is very sick. After rushing him to the emergency animal hospital, he's been admitted indefinitely. The doctor is not yet sure whether he will require chemotherapy or a blood transfusion, but he's a very sick boy and I need your help to make him feel better. Please please help my baby. I have fallen to pieces and am very stupid right now but I need your help to save my best friend and soulmate.
