Help Kristen with cancer expenses

Hello, my name is Katie and I am fundraising for my cousin, Kristen. Kristen recently found out that she has thyroid cancer and had a total thyroidectomy on May 9. Kristen will continue with treatments and testing, including ultrasounds, possible RAI, blood work, and lots of appointments. Kristen and James have three young children at home. James doesn’t have paid sick time and has been staying with the children while Kristen recovers and attends appointments. The extra time off work along with unexpected medical expenses has been a strain on the family. Kristen is thankful that insurance is covering some of her tests, treatments and surgery, but it’s not covering it all. I'm asking for help with covering Kristen's medical expenses and other unexpected costs while she recovers and fights this cancer. Any amount is helpful and appreciated! Kristen is expected to make a full recovery with surgery and treatment. Kristen will work with PT and OMM to regain full range of motion in her neck and the ability to swallow.
