Koenig Family

On June 28, Gina Foore a combat decorated disabled veteran unexpectedly went home to Jesus. Not even five years before her death, her husband of her three children, who was also a decorated combat veteran died of cancer. She and her husband left three minor children behind ages 14, 12 and 10 years of age . These three children are being well cared for and loved by Jonathon and Naomi Koenig per the wishes in Gina's will, but there are a great deal of expenses surrounding their care. Jonathon and Naomi have 2 children of their own, ages 8 and 5, so their family of 4 has quickly grown to 7. In addition to grief therapy services for Ginas 3 children a new vehicle that fits everyone, attorney fees and court fees to uphold the will, along with everyday living expenses to now support a family of 7. The children have requested to continue to attend Harvest Christian School where they have attended for the last four years. While this tuition expense might seem like a luxury to some, it is what they know and is an essential part of these children's lives and healing process.
