Help Candace

My friend Candace, 30 yrs old, is having a heart transplant as I type this. She is a wife, a mother, a scrub tech and a very special person! She was born with a heart defect and has been really struggling for the last 2 yrs. Friday her heart had given all that it could and she was told that she had to get a new heart- whoa at the emotions - someone has to die so she can live. Hard to comprehend. Today, right now, she is having her transplant at UAB. Her family needs financial help. If all of our friends could give $10 we can make a huge difference for Candace, her fifth grade daughter and her husband. They have so many challenges ahead and we can help!
