Kielman Family Needs Our Help

Hi Everyone! I’m Jennifer. My sister, Stephanie, and I are trying to raise money to help our brother, Jered, and his family.

Our sweet nephew, Gabriel, is in the pediatric ICU at Medical City in Dallas. On October 31st of this year, he had open-heart surgery to remove a mass from his heart and had an ICD put in. The goal was to get him out of A-Fib. While they were in there, his doctors also fixed his rib cage. It was caved in and was close to collapsing on his organs. His recovery has been tough so far. And from what we can gather, will be a long road ahead. Doctors are monitoring him closely because he struggles to regulate his oxygen.

Gabriel is a fighter. Born with Costello Syndrome, this angel continues to inspire us and show us how strong and resilient a person can be. He’s been through so much.

So, why did my sister and I start this? There is a long road ahead for his recovery. My brother hasn’t left his side. He is currently taking a leave from work. He is their main source of income. My sister-in-law is at home caring for their other two children. As someone who knows, dealing with an illness provides emotional, physical and financial stress. And it can be overwhelming. The bills will never stop coming in.
