Kelly Eriksen’s fight w cancer

Hi, my name is Christy Robinson and my Best friend(sister from another mother) was recently diagnosed w bladder cancer and peritoneal carcinomatosis

Let me tell you about this most wonderful women I have ever known or met in my life and how this new journey began.

May 28th Kelly was sitting by the campfire eating and then all the sudden she started to get pains in her chest and have shortness of breath, w us being in the deep woods we knew we were going to have to call 911 in order to get her emergency help quickly. Thinking it was a possible heart attack they rushed her to Bend Hospital and diagnosed her w a potential Pulmonary Embolism and sent her home with a order to get a CT scan of her abdomen. So when she got back to the valley she ended up getting the CT scan done and finding out that she has peritoneal carcinomatosis and a 38 mm mass in her bladder.

Since then it’s been a whirlwind from doctors appointments to scans to diagnosis like three different issues to deal w. The 38 mm mass was bladder cancer which they took out and gave her chemo at 24 hour chemo bag.

and now as of recently they did a laparotomy finding the Peritoneal Carsinomatosis along with another mass in her abdomen and at this moment in time we are waiting for pathology to come back so we can find out what stage she is in.

Kelly is the type of person that would give the very last dime to her name to somebody who needs it, the shirt off her back, the shoes off her feet and now she is needing help, she will not ask for help so I am asking for her we need to help her so she does not have to worry about the burdens but worrying about the fight that she has ahead of her. She will not be able to work which means she might lose her insurance as well as all the other stuff that comes along with daily life.

100% of the money that is given to her will help her pay for the doctor bills the hospital visits and her daily living house payment car payment utility bills any and all things that she will need.
