Kelli’s Student Mission Year

Hello friends!

I am so excited to share the news with you that I will be serving as a student missionary/teacher in Puerto Rico this next school year! Many of you know that I had been wanting to go as an SM (student missionary) for a little while now, and that this is my second time going through the process of finding a place/organization to go and serve with. Despite the disappointment of not getting to go last year, I truly believe that God had something planned out for me that just required a little bit of patience on my part! 

While uncertainty has become something we have all had to live with during this COVID-era, there is still one thing that I am certain of and that is the abundance of God's love. Through my year that will be spent serving others and growing personally, spiritually, and mentally, my priority is to share this abundant love with those around me. I hope to show those I interact with how valued and loved they are by their Maker. While working to show others who God is, I am also hoping to become fluent in Spanish and gain valuable hands-on experience as a teacher.

I am starting this GoFundMe as an invitation for you to take part in my journey of growth and mission whether it be through financial support or by keeping me in your prayers. These funds will help to pay for my plane ticket to Puerto Rico, insurance for while I am there, and school/teaching supplies that I will need.
