Keep Faith Friendship Ministries Open

Hello, this fundraiser was created to benefit the residents of Faith Friendship Ministries, a personal care facility in Mountville, PA that serves low income adults with mental health issues and disabilities. FFM is a rare home that’s been caring for very unique individuals since 2002. ❤️ My own son is a resident since 2019.

This urgent call is to protect 70 beloved residents from being uprooted and forced from their home where many have lived for well over a decade.

Due to the actions of a former staff member convicted of institutional sexual assault and recently sentenced up to 28 years, FFM has lost a huge portion of their grants needed to operate, as well as much needed local support. Many in the community simply wouldn’t believe the allegations waged against the former employee, as he was a well-respected citizen of this small town. As a result, local support waned and longtime partners deserted.

Faith Friendship is working tirelessly to raise funds -as well as raise awareness of who the actual victims are in this crisis. Without help, the ones who have been hurt will be punished for their courage in speaking out. The thought of this predator’s actions destroying an entire ministry and displacing innocent victims is tragic.

All funds go directly to Faith Friendship to help bridge the current $30,000 per month gap in providing for the residents. The residents pay only what they can afford and FFM has always been able to cover that gap, until now.

With the loss of grants this is the first time in 22 years the facility is in danger of not being able to provide for those who rely solely on their care.
