Hello, My name is Tom Martin and we are here today to help fund my brother Jeff's  way to get into a small travel trailer and repairs on his 2003 Ford van.

A little backround would be in order of course.  Jeff has been an award winning artist, potter, photographer and wildlife rescuer for the better part of his adult life.  Jeff is also a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Navy on the destroyer USS Mansfield.

In 2003 he had a very dibilitating stroke that disrupted his life in La Veta Colorado.  In 2005 he and I moved him back to Ohio to live with my wife Kim and I at our house.  Jeff and I have always supported each other which brings us to the present day.

My wife and I are in the position of having to sell our house and go into a one story small condo or apartment due to My health issues of not walking well or doing stairs at all ( 42 years of insulin dependent diabetes ).

This campaign is all about getting Jeff squared away with a place to live, decent transportation and the mobility that will allow him to move around and keep involved with his photography and animal welfare interests.  He is perfectly capable of living on his own, driving and functioning on his own.  His finances are restricted only to a small social security check each month as he will be 68 in November

The money will go to around $750 of repairs and a trailer hitch on his 2003 Ford van and the balance to finding him a small used travel trailer (with bathroom and kitchen amenities).
