On May 16th, 2023, Diane DiServio's mother (Kathie Flaherty) was taken to the hospital by paramedics and unfortunately passed away. Diane DiServio has been a caregiver to Kathie and did an amazing job juggling being a mother, caregiver, friend, and working a full-time job. Additionally, she has long taken care of her fellow 501st members and those of other costume groups around the state of Florida. I am starting this fundraiser to help Diane and her family in this time of need.

Diane has always been there for me, even if it was a simple text message to ask how my day was or the reminder to HYDRATE before a grueling Tampa Bay Squad event. She has touched many of our lives and been there for us when we needed it. I am asking for friends to help Diane in her time of need. Let's work together and help Diane and her family with end-of-life cost for her mother, Kathie Flaherty. May she rest in peace.
