Kate Will Need Dental Surgery

Hello everyone! I am starting a Go Fund Me for my daughter Katelynn (Kate). Kate’s upper canine teeth have become impacted and will not come down into place without the help of surgery. She will be having a procedure called Surgical Exposure of Impacted Canine Teeth. The teeth will be exposed and a chain will be attached to the teeth and her braces. This will pull her canine’s into place.

Kate will also be having her bottom wisdom teeth removed to help will her 12 year old molars come through. Kate is also tongue tied and will be having this procedure done in the same day.

Kate will be having her braces put on June 25, 2025. With Kate’s braces and surgery, David and I will be paying over $12,000 in a short period of time. We have very little coverage through my work benefits and we are currently living on one income at this time. This will be impossible to do on our own.

We are looking for support to help Kate get these procedures done as it is medically necessary. David, Kate and myself would be so grateful if you could help us reach a goal to cover Kate’s surgery for July 24, 2025.
