Hi, my name is Karmel and in September 2025 I was diagnosed with a glioma, a type of brain tumour that worsens over time.

On 5th December, I will travel to Beaumont Hospital, Dublin, to have life saving surgery under the care of Mr Kieron Sweeney.

This fundraiser aims to help with travel expenses both for myself and my family. It will also help with future treatment and hospital visits as this particular tumour can only be partly removed through surgery.
