Dear family and friends of Miss. Sarah Devito,

With optimism and hope we're reaching out to everyone on Sarah's behalf.  Sarah went to the hospital complaining of severe headaches and was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  She is in intensive care getting the best treatment from her doctors and will be out of work for an extended time.  Therefore, she will need help battling the financial portion of  this endeavor so she can stay focused on healing and kicking this tumors ass! We all know Sarah is one tough chick and she will get through this with all of your support and help! We will keep everyone posted on her progress and appreciate every contribution you can give.
