Kaku Tesfaye- 5 year old gunshot victim & amputee

Kaku Tesfaye is a five year old boy from Oromia, Ethiopia, that was shot in the leg 2 months ago by the Ethiopian military. He was traveling with his father and sister to the town of Naqamte when their vehicle came under fire from Ethiopian soldiers patrolling the area. His father was shot twice and Kaku was shot once in the leg. Kaku's father made a full recovery but Kaku’s injuries were so severe that doctors were forced to amputate his right leg. Let us come together and help his family in purchasing a motorized wheelchair and providing ongoing medical care so he can live a life of dignity.
