Help me fund my educational trip to Italy

Hello everyone, my name is Karris. I am aspiring to do a study abroad class to Florence, Italy. The study will be for the "Intro to Criminal Justice" course. The estimated cost for the class is $4,000 for travel, not including textbooks, food and incidentals. This course is a month long program. I am a Public Safety Major, my goals are to become a Fireman/Paramedic, I have accomplished the Certification and Licensure of EMT just recently. I believe this education will give me a well rounded experience of Criminal Justice, experience with other countries and backgrounds, and an understanding of the reasons people injure eachother and break the law. This ties into my current profession of public safety/first responder. Unfortunately, I do not have a family support system outside of my Mom. The cost of this course will be too much for our combined incomes. I do work at my college as a peer mentor, it is only part time and for minimum wage. I live humbly and within my means. This would be a life changing experience, and any monetary help or even encouragement is deeply appreciated and welcomed. Thank you for reading my story!
