The Law Society of NSW (LSNSW) have unlawfully prevented the legitimate renewal of the Practising Certificates of Ms Marie Odtojan and Mr Artem Bryl and had tampered with/deleted evidence of their solicitors data from the Law Society Public Registry of Solicitors. Such acts were done without any lawful process, no orders/determination. The acts were done by ambush without the said solicitors notice.

You are witnessing a malicious targeted discriminatory hate crime, in progress by the LSNSW.

Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl and their law firm have been targeted because they help the public and victims/witnesses of Credit Corp & their lawyers fraud done in courts.

Ms Odtojan has made reports since 2016 pertaining to multiple criminal and fraudulent acts, including impersonation of lawyers to the LSNSW and the NSW Office of the Legal Services Commissioner (OLSC), where they have used the said offices to systematically cover up such acts reported. This is against the principles/values of the LSNSW/OLSC. They have also covered up the fraud committed by NSW Supreme Court Judges Leeming and Kirk (Condon SC case) and NSW Supreme Court Judges Basten and White (Ford and Glynn case) where they already have evidence from Ms Odtojan reports that the judges have recorded an entirely different narrative of what transpired in the Local court proceedings in 2016. The said justices recorded representations on behalf of three respondents (Mr Ford, Mr Glynn and Mr Condon) which were never before them in court and gave no such evidence. The said judges are alleged to have engaged in the administration of justice offences.

The LSNSW/OLSC have targeted Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl where Ms Odtojan (a St George Bank consumer and a client of Mr Ford, Mr Glynn and Mr Condon SC) was not in capacity of as a lawyer and was exercising her right to defend a claim and accessing the courts to bring Mr Ford, Mr Glynn and Mr Condon SC to justice.

The officers of the LSNSW/OLSC are accessories to the fraud that has been alleged to have committed and have a vested interest to target the said solicitors and terminate their law firm because they are exposing their unlawful conduct in office.

Help us protect society and bring mass public attention and support by donating to this cause. The officers involved have used the LSNSW/OLSC for improper and unlawful purposes to protect their interest where they have used the said offices to cover-up the improprieties reported to them. They had a duty to bring such matters to the attention of authorities which they are concealing from the police for over a decade.

The said officers of the LSNSW/OLSC have threatened Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl who are also victims/witnesses of alleged criminal acts and have targeted their livelihood, careers and law firm.

All Australians are at risk and can fall victim to such unlawful acts, where a consumer who asks for a contract from Credit Corp and its lawyers will have their livelihood targeted, and if you are a lawyer, you will be targeted by OLSC/LSNSWPD.

The persons reported are officers of the court and/or in public office where tax payers funds and NSW state funds are being used to support such unlawful acts in court and/or in office.

A. Summary

1. Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl had been subjected to an alleged targeted discriminatory hate crime in progress by the Law Society of NSW Professional Standard Department (PSD), the Law Council and the Legal Services Commissioner - who collectively engaged in the unlawful act of tampering with and preventing the legitimate renewals of the practising certificates of Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl for FY 2024/25.

2. They have shown clear intent to do unlawful acts having disregard for the laws and lawful process to prevent Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl from continuing to practise law and to terminate their law firm.

3. Sometime in May 2024 The Law Society Professional Standard Department (PSD), the Law Council (15 members), Registry Office and the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner (OLSC), collectively referred to as LS Members engaged in the unlawful act of tampering with and preventing the legitimate renewals of the practising certificates of Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl for FY 2024/25.

4. The said FY 2024/25 is effectively over and Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl have been unlawfully locked out and prevented from renewing their certificates and memberships for FY 2025/26 with no lawful basis.

5. They have shown clear intent to do unlawful acts, disregarding law and the lawful process, to prevent Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl from continuing to practise law and to terminate their law firm. This is a witch hunt.

6. There was no due process, no orders/determination to provide a lawful basis for the acts done to Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl practising certificates, memberships and the deletion of their solicitor records in the LS NSW Solicitors.

7. The above video as of May 2025 provides a summary of the unlawful tampering of Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl practising certificates & memberships for FY 2024/25, and further unlawful acts of tampering and deleting evidence of the said solicitors data in the Law Society Registry of Solicitors database.

8. We are no longer searchable on the public registry search on the Law Society of NSW. We were searchable in January 2025 but after we attended the the Red Mass for legal profession in Parramatta, where we sat across the Law Society of NSW President Ms Jennifer Ball, former president Mr Brett McGrath, Attorney General Michael Daley and MP Mr Hugh McDermott (who all received notices from us about the unlawful corrupt conduct done against us (see para [12] below), our solicitor records were no longer searchable in the Law Society Registry of Solicitors via the website in February 2025.

9. Such acts were done without any notice to us and done by ambush (which is unlawful). There were no due process nor court proceedings (before NCAT), no orders nor determinations to support the acts done by the LSNSW Council members.

10. This is an alleged calculated, predetermined targeted discriminatory hate crime in progress done in office by the Law Society of NSW Professional Standard Department / Ms Valerie Griswold Director of PSD, the Law Society of NSW (15 members) incl president Jennifer Ball of Clayton Utz , the former president Brett McGrath of Marsden Group, the head of registry Ms Nadya Haddad and the Legal Services Commissioner, Samantha Gulliver, of the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner.

11. The above said parties were all put on notice of the corrupt and unlawful acts done towards us, our practising certificates, memberships and tampering/deleting our solicitors records in the Law Society database.

12. Such notice was given promptly to the said parties on 13 and 15 August 2024 when Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl received the letters from Ms Griswold/PSD (on 8 & 17 July 2024 respectively) for the first time notifying the said solicitors that their practising certificates were not renewed based on their created unsubstantiated statements of fact/allegation of 'misconduct' against the said solicitors.

13. There was no notice to the said solicitors of the non-renewal of their solicitor membership and that their data will be deleted from the solicitors’ Registry. The LSNSW had banked the solicitors’ fees for renewals of practising certificates and memberships where no certificates/memberships were issued.

14. This was only discovered by chance by the said solicitors when they realised they could not renew the law firms Professional Standards Scheme, which was done annually since 2014. Further, it was discovered that all regular emails and notifications from the LSNSW, which were received since the law firm was created in 2014, were no longer received and ceased sometime around 2023. The LSNSW had tampered with our portal/data at the Law Society.

15. To date our letters in para [12] have been ignored and not responded. During that time, Ms Griswold had checked on Mr Bryl's Linkedin, Mr McGrath sent a LinkedIn invite to Mr Bryl and the email addresses of the Law Council members which had always been published online at the Law Society website for many years were deleted and no longer available.

16. On 30 August 2024, notice was also given to the Attorney General, Michael Daley. MP Mr Hugh Mcdermott (Attorney General Secretary) responded on behalf of the Attorney General on 25 October 2024 where they had condoned and created a narrative justifying the unlawful acts of the LS NSW PSD and Law Council. No such representations made by the Attorney General were made to us by the Law Society PSD/Law Council at the time.

17. In November 2024, we had sought for the Attorney General to promptly substantiate his representations on behalf of the Law Society. To date, the Attorney General, Mr Daley and his Secretary Mr McDermott ignored and did not respond to us.

18. The video shows the various reports made by Ms Odtojan which pertain to fraud, criminality, perversion of the course of justice, using the court to obtain judgments by unlawful means, tampering /fabricating of accounts statement, missing trust funds, impersonation of legal practitioners and more. All these reports raising alleged criminal and indictable offences were dismissed and closed without investigation and no questions out to the alleged proprietors. The reported conduct has been covered up and concealed by the LawSociety PSD and OLSC for more than almost a decade, since 2016.

19. The above video summary provides the tip of the iceberg of what Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl has been dealing with for over a decade where Ms Odtojan in her personal civil case Odtojan ats Credit Corp Services Pty Ltd had discovered a modus operandi using our courts across Australia to obtain judgments / default judgments by unlawful means pleading an alleged fact of a credit contract which do not exist and/or not within their possession to make such pleadings in their claim. 20. The Law Society PSD and Law Council fabricated misconduct they are aware does not exist. They have an interest to protect the conduct of the OLSC/PSD where they have received reports of criminality they have covered up and concealed. They are alleged to have used their positions in the Law Society to do unlawful acts and threaten victims and witnesses of the reported crimes.

21. As of 28 May 2025, there are no records/determinations of misconduct by the designated tribunal - NCAT, which has been fabricated by LSNSW PSD and the Legal Services Commissioner. The Legal Services Commissioner has a legal obligation to record all disciplinary outcomes and findings:

22. This is an unprecedented and important case in Australia that documents all the criminality and fraud committed by lawyers, officers of the court, the judicial officers who are protected by the LSNSW/OLSC.

23. You are witnessing a tyrannical hate crime done blatantly in office by those who have duties to uphold the law, the lawful process, to uphold the integrity of the courts and legal professions and protect the public.

25. Ms Odtojan has been unlawfully prosecuted for exercising her right to request for a contract from CSS (never produced to date) and for accessing the courts to bring those who committed multiple acts of fraud against her to justice. This case exposes the corruption and fraud committed by judicial officers and officers of the court protected by the Law Society of NSW and the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner.

We want to ensure that no other persons are subjected to what we have gone through. We aim to use the funds as follows:

a. To assist us to fight this gross miscarriage of justice and challenge the unlawful acts by the LSNSW/OLSC.

b. Clear our names of these fraudulent and false accusations by LSNSW/OLSC and related matters.

c. Call for the resignation and investigation of the Attorney General, Michael Daley, and MP Hugh McDermott, who have used their public office to create narratives condoning and d. justifying the Law Society of NSW unlawful conduct. Such conduct is a perversion of their duties under the legislation where the Attorney General is to monitor and uphold the e. laws and lawful process. (Petitions to be provided).

e. Call for the Parliamentary investigation of LSNSW and its PSD department.

f. Provide a platform to victims of Credit Corp and its lawyers. They have been silenced in the court proceedings and AFCA.

g. Odtojan Bryl Report - to assist us in preparing a report for the Federal government to implement changes and to remove all credit matters under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 from courts to the specialised division of a Tribunal to deal with such matters.

h. Legal fees in pursuit of legal actions against the Law Society of NSW and the Office of the Legal Services Commissioner.

i. We created the Odtojan Bryl Justice Project as a result of the unlawful acts done to Ms Odtojan and Mr Bryl where we are aware of the oppressive injustices imposed on victims of Credit Corp. We aim to bring those to justice who think they are above the law and have shown repetitive conduct of disregarding and breaching the law and their professional duties. We aim to expose Credit Corp’s fraudulent practices and to ensure that Credit Corp is prosecuted with its CEO and Board of Directors, where notice has been given to them and there is no plausible deniability. We are seeking suspension and removal of Credit Corp’s financial license.

j. We have a list of victims across Australia and need a platform for their voice to be heard and their stories to be heard and effect change and protect society.

k. We will call for a reform where the credit law matters, which are under the Commonwealth legislation (NCCPA 2009/National Credit Code/ASIC Act, Australia Consumer Law etc), are to be removed from the state local courts, and where a designated tribunal is to be created to determine specific credit law matters. All consumer credit matters/contracts are widely used in financial products under strict national credit laws and they require a specifically designated Tribunal division to ensure the said credit laws and penalties are applied and consumers are protected from financial providers who breach the law and their obligations such Credit Corp.

l. To bring all those involved in Credit Corp’s modus operandi to justice. The case of Odtojan ats Credit Corp Services Pty Limited incl. judicial officers, Magistrate Freund (the original judgment recording fraudulent statements where further acts of fraud stem from her judgment), judge S.Norton, Judge A, Ainsle-Wallace, NSW Supreme Court justices Leeming and Kirk, Basten and White who have implicated themselves recording false records in their judgments which constitutes Administration of Justices Offences.
