Judy Kremer-Durr's Legal Divorce Attorney Fees

Hi my name is Kirin Bennewitz, and recently my mom, Judy, left an abusive relationship that she has been in for 46 years. I had always known that my father had been controlling her for years... not letting her have friends, leave the house without his permission, or even seeing me and my son without him being there.

She recently left, under civil standby, and for the past month and a half, we've been going through the process of filling out and submitting a restraining order and divorce papers, but all the paperwork takes time and money.
