Jude's Medical Trips

For 9 months my sister Sarah, and brother in law JR, were happy and excited to welcome their son Jude to their family. When Jude was born, they were also aware that he would be born with a birth defect on his thumb. After his birth his first month of life was full of joy, as well as some rough patches.
Throughout the last couple of weeks, Sarah and JR have started the process of meeting and schedule appointments with doctors and specialist so that Jude can have the happiest and fullest life possible. After meeting with doctors here in town, it is under their advisement to go out of the area for the best course of treatment for Jude.
To do this, they will be traveling out of the area several times to get him the best treatment possible.
We know that Jude is loved by so many people. We have also had several people ask how they can help. Jude has a long road ahead of him, and my hope is to ease some of the financial burden that the series of medical trips will have on his family. The uncertainty that they are facing lies with medical bills, flights and lodging. If you are able to give and support Jude, his family would graciously appreciate your support!
Jude is a wonderful blessing to their family, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for him!
Update....Jude made his first trip to Boston, and a plan has been put into place for him. They will be taking Jude to Boston several times a year for treatment and eventually surgeries. The guidance from the doctors was amazing and his family feels like they are on the right path! Thank
