Roscoe's Hip Surgery

Rosecoe is an 8 month old border collie/ whippet mix that we rescued from a shelter when he was 12 weeks old. A few months after we brought Roscoe to our home, he stopped playing and spent hours just sleeping on the couch.
In early December 2015, Roscoe was diagnosed with an extreem case of canine hip displasia with the only treatment being an expensive surgery called an FHO, or a femoral head ostectomy. The surgery will cost between $4000 -5,000 and includes physical therapy.
I recently went back to school and only work part time and cannot afford the surgery by myself. Untill Roscoe gets the surgery, he will be in pain and will eventually go lame in 2 back legs.
I am hoping to have the surgery scheduled by the end of February and have him in physical therapy (covered in the price of the surgery) shortly after. Anything you can contribute will be grealty appreciated by both me and little Roscoe. Maybe we can get him running around and playing like a puppy his age should be.
Any extra money left after the surgery will be donated to the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society.
