Joseph Paul Anderson

On November 24th Joe suffered a major heart failure. He was resuscitated but never regained consciousness. On the 26th, with family gathered at his bedside, he was released into the arms of his Heavenly Father.

Joe was only 58 years old. A wonderful young man, loving son,caring friend and dedicated father. Joe always had a heart for others and could strike up a conversation wherever he was with whoever he met. It was amazing to watch him treat a new acquaintance as though they had always been friends.

Joe’s life started with serious medical issues but as he grew he enjoyed a boisterous childhood, involved with youth sports and loving fishing trips with his grandparents. At 16 his weak kidneys gave out and he received a transplant from his older brother. The transplant took hold and Joe entered adulthood with a strong body and an active and creative mind.

A single father, Joe worked hard to care for his two younger children, raising them into adulthood. In the last few years his health deteriorated to the point he could no longer work still, Joe being Joe, he continued helping others as often and as much as he could; generous to the end.

Unfortunately, Joe passed away without insurance and owning very little. Proceeds from this fund will be used to cover funeral and other end of life expenses. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated by the family.
