Diversity UK, a champion for equality and inclusion, is facing a critical juncture. Established in 2012, Diversity UK has been at the forefront of racial and gender diversity research and advocacy notably within the workplace. However, without immediate financial support from individuals like you, we are at risk of closure.

What we have achieved

In 2022, we celebrated our tenth anniversary, commemorating a decade of impactful milestones, including the publication of our ground-breaking research report, ‘Beyond the Glass Ceiling ’. This report shed light on the lack of representation on public sector boards, sparking essential conversations and driving tangible change. We also founded the annual Paul Stephenson Lecture on race equality, keeping the topic centre stage in Britain, and we launched the flagship Diversity Tech Summit and Asians in Tech initiative to support under-represented founders.

However, despite our unwavering commitment and the invaluable contributions of our volunteers, we find ourselves in a dire situation. Due to a lack of sponsorship and donations, we are now on the brink of closure. We are determined that our journey is far from over and are launching a £10,000 fundraising appeal to ensure our continued existence and ability to carry out vital work.
