Great people die physically but they live forever in the hearts of the living. Mama Lucia Asong slept in the LORD 25 years ago and Dr. Lawrence Asong followed her 6 years after. However, their memories remain as fresh on our minds as if they are still with us. Not just us! Many people who knew them still talk about them today as if they passed on just last year. This is so because their lives touched so many lives positively over a long period of time. They were the best parents we could ever have asked for. This is why we have created the ASONG FOUNDATION! To honour their memory and to continue their work of enriching the lives of others. Our primary focus is to reach out to communities in and around Kumba, Buea ( South West, North West Regions and possibly other regions in Cameroon) with quality health services through the establishment of well-equipped health units that are accessible to those who need them the most.
