Raising funds to help offset medical expenses, transportation, lodging, and lost wages due to the extreme medical condition of son in law. Guy is a 44 yr young man that has been battling Crohn's Disease for well over 25 years and in the past 6 months, his condition has worsened. He has had multiple blood transfusions, hospitalizations for inability to maintain hemoglobin counts, blood pressure, internal bleeding, blood infections and blood clots. He has been searching for treatment for this lifelong disease to help him with no resolve. He is now again hospitalized in ICU in very grave condition but his family now has hope as he has been accepted for treatment at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City (5 hrs away) for their expert medical team to help him get his life back.

Guy is a loyal, wonderful, loving husband, father, and grandfather. His family wants to see him smiling, happy and enjoy his young life again.
