John has been fighting Type II diabetes since going into the hospital in 1999 due to a staph infection. Since 2013 he has been dealing with severe and life altering complications from being a Type II diabetic.  He has sprained both ankles that  became ulcerated.  He is now battling with end stage diabetic retinopathy, osteomyelitis, severe carpal tunnel and nerve damage in both hands; as well as open ulcers on both feet.

John has been in and out of the hospital back and forth from nursing homes for almost 2 years now. His unemployment has run out and he is still waiting to be approved for disability. He has no income and his insurance is on the verge of being cancelled. They are still in the process of procuring Medicaid for him, but this has become an arduous task for his brother Eric; who is his sole caregiver. John's bills are escalating with no relief in the immediate future.  Please find it in your heart to donate any amount you can afford and keep John in your prayers.
