"FRIENDS FOR HERM"

Our dear friend John Hermeling is in a fight for his life. 

He needs us now and we are here!   Just as if the tables were turned on any one of us.  John has depleted his savings and all other financial resources required to keep his utilities on.   I can't stress the fact that donations are desperately needed right NOW.  

Here is an FB message that I copied from John:

My battle with the "Big C" began yesterday 9-13-19

(John is feeling drained at Barnes Jewish Hospital)

"Yesterday was surgery, got me on my feet for a few minutes and I get to sit in a recliner. No talking yet, may be a while, took almost all of my tongue, but they think they got it all, tracheotomy and feeding tube still in."

As of a few short weeks ago, John can talk a little but his battle has truly just begun.

The medical treatment process is long and slow and John getting ready for Chemo, Radiation and Speech Therapy.  Please know that all prayers are very welcome and much needed for our friend.  John is a proud guy and I am doing this on his behalf... even though he initially sternly objected.  It took a lot of convincing, but this is the reality of this evil disease.  It will take everything from you... especially your life.
