I'd like some gender affirming care please!

Namely;

I have put in a rough estimate of the cost of these procedures combined + associated living costs as I will not be able to work for a bit after each one.

I am discussing things with doctors and my health insurance provider, and I will adjust the goal down if things end up being cheaper.

I plan on getting both these surgeries done next year!
