Jessica's Journey: Surgery and Recovery aide
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my name is Jessica, and I’m reaching out during an incredibly vulnerable time with a sincere request for help.
Recently, doctors found lumps in my breast, and while they are 90% sure it’s benign, we won’t know for certain until the lumps are surgically removed and biopsied. As you can imagine, this has been both an emotional and physical rollercoaster.
The surgery is scheduled for May 6th, and recovery is expected to take around 6 weeks—during which I won’t be able to work or lift, push or pull anything over 10lbs. Unfortunately, the financial pressure is mounting. Between the cost of the surgery, follow-up care, tests, and being out of work, I’m facing a gap I can’t fill on my own.
What your support will help cover:
• Surgery and hospital expenses not covered by insurance ($3000 and rising)
• Pathology and lab work
• Prescription medications
• Follow-up appointments and care
• Basic living expenses during 6 weeks of recovery without income
This isn’t easy to ask, but any support—whether through a donation or by simply sharing this page—would mean the world to me. Every little bit helps ease the stress and allows me to focus on healing and staying positive through this.
I’m deeply grateful for your time, your kindness, and your encouragement. Thank you for standing by me during this time.
With love,
Jessica and Family!
