Our daughter Jessica Grande is in need of our help. It is not easy asking for help, but at this time it is so needed. She needs financial assistance so she can focus on what matters, her health, and family (physically and emotionally)
First lets talk about her. She is a loving caring person that is the first person to help when anyone is in need. She always puts herself last, which has left her with heavy medical issues, some still left unknown, and untreated. She has been taking care of her family, and friends I. Their medical, and financial needs. At this time she needs us to do the same for her.
We still do not have all answers. She is a patient at Cleveland Clinic National Consult Team. She has had many trips back and forth from Cleveland, to home. She is still unable to open return to work. She needs to continue to stay out of work, so she can focus on her health. She is severe fibromyalgia, severe inflammation in her body, continuous kidney infections, Edema, skin issues, severe and crippling pain, heart issues, and autonomic dysfunction, which many days, needs help with daily activities.
Jessica is currently out of work (she has been out of work for months, and does not look promising to go back anytime soon) She does have FMLA, but her position she is exempt from NYS disability. Jessica is a very hard worker, and has never not had a job, or accepted “help” Her income is what her household lives off of. Being on unpaid leave (which will be off and on) is detrimental to them. She has been unpaid for 6 months. (Jessica has worked since age 12, babysitting everyday, to holding a full time job since age 16. I say this only so you all know she is far from lazy, and works very hard to care for her family)
Their family business closed, due to her husband Sal, taking time to care for her. She needs him to help her, and to take her back and forth to Cleveland Clinic. (With that being said, they literally have zero income)
All funds will help with Jessica’s medical needs, trips to cleveland (and possible other locations) and basics expenses. Please help her, she has worked her entire life. They have had so many rocks thrown at them. They are the first ones to open their hearts, door, wallet, anything for their family, friends, and even strangers.
When sickness comes, it affects your entire life. Herself, husband, children, and home need our help. Let’s give her some peace, knowing we can at least help with finances.
