Jenny's Orchi Fund

Hi my name is Jenny, and I'm trying to get an orchiectomy. I am a transgender woman in Michigan, and I started transitioning back in 2016. I've been trying for years to get this done, and now have a surgery scheduled for January 2022. I'm currently dealing with insurance issues, and I do not know how much they will officially cover. At this time I'm expecting to pay near $2k.

An orchiectomy is the removal of the testes. In order to suppress Testosterone levels, many trans women take Spironolactone. However, extended use of Spiro can be bad for you, so I'm looking forward to not needing it anymore.
