Unfortunately, James passed away last week after a long battle with mental health challenges and alcohol. If you knew James — Joey to most of us — then his kindness, laughter, and presence would no doubt have won you over at some point. He truly was one of a kind.

Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward helping his family cover funeral expenses and honor James’ life with the dignity and love he deserves. All who knew James are warmly invited to attend his funeral service and wake as we come together to celebrate his life. We encourage everyone to share stories, laughter, and memories of the good times that made him so special.

The funeral will take place at Robin Hood Cemetery on Wednesday, 7th January 2026 at 1:00 PM, followed by the wake at Blossomfield Tennis Club from 1:30 PM onwards.
