Hi, my name is Gudrun, better known as Heidi.
On April 1st my friend Jack Goins got out of his truck and fell flat on his face, passed away. A Good Samaritan brought him back but unfortunately his brain had missed oxygen for too long. He has not regained full consciousness since then. The prognosis does not look good.
The bills are piling up and no income insight.
Jack has been an OD Driver out of ATL for over 20 years and he and his wife need our help.
