My name is Jack Chambers, and usually I'm a happy, healthy dog who loves to play and lay in the sun. But on November 20, 2018 I was viciously attacked by another dog. My mom and dad ( Emily and Michael Chambers) have taken me to the A&M emergency hospital in College Station for treatment because I am my dad's PTSD companion and they have offered to provide assistance with my care through the Eli Fund, which is there to help service animals such as myself in times of need and financial difficulty. They have agreed to pay $5,000 worth of my medical bills, but as my injuries are quite extensive I have almost exhausted that funding within my first few days of treatment. I'm asking for help to continue living my happy healthy life with my mom and dad but in order to do so I need help to pay for the rest of my treatment. Please share my story and help to keep my family whole and to bring me home. 

And should any money from the fund be leftover my mother and father are going to donate it to the A&M emergency pet hospital for the care and assistance they
