My name is Rachel, I have a (TAR Syndrome) Thrombocytopenia-Absent Radii Syndrome. This means low platelets and missing bones. I also have a new dog who is 6 months old. His name is Kai, he is training to be a service dog who helps me heaps with daily tasks.

I am in need of a manual wheelchair to get around as I can not walk at all. I love sports so we are in the process of getting a WCMX Box wheelchair, which is a specialised wheelchair. It is ultralight weight and has skateboarding wheels at the front so I can easily get around everyday as well as at the skate park, which is my favourite thing to do. I am also in need of Smart driver device which makes it easier for me to push as I push the wheelchair with my feet. I would be very grateful if anyone could assist.
