Ironman Triathlon for Ukraine

Hi everyone,

 

James and I are excited to take part in this year's Iron Man Triathlon race at Hever Castle on the 3rd of July. The Ironman includes a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run. This race is an exciting opportunity for us to challenge ourselves in ways we've never done before.

 

We will be raising money for the British-Ukrainian Aid, who support the people suffering from the war and the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. Our goal for this fundraiser is £500 and it would be great if we can reach this target.
