Chuck New Laptop 2017

I'm in need of a new laptop to replace the one that is failing and can barely be used. The laptop is essential to my livelihood, work and many projects. This ermergency comes at a time when I'm struggling to stay above water financially, while building my business and upgrading my skills. I'm at the start of a half year to one year project of upgrading my tech skills so I can become a full stack developer, which will put me in a stable financial situation until I retire.

I greatly appreciate any help people can provide to help me get a cheap laptop so I can do my work. Thanks!
