INCLINE HIGH SCHOOL PROM 2021
PROM
a rite of passage...
a night to remember...
Washoe County School District public high schools will not hold proms for a second year in a row due to the ongoing pandemic like so many others across the nation.
As parents and families of Incline High School seniors, we have seen them struggle.
Not just academically, but physically, socially and emotionally. Many have suffered with depression and anxiety beyond the typical pressures of senior year.
It is time to remind them to spread their wings and fly!
Volunteer parents of Incline High School Seniors are planning a prom to give our kids a traditional night of celebration before graduation.
We will go above and beyond to make our graduates feel like royalty for an evening.
Celebrate friendships! Share memories! To Life!
PROM 2021 is NOT affiliated with Incline High School or WCSD. It is a privately organized event by volunteer parents and community members.
We need your help making this happen.
Typically, the Senior Prom is a fundraiser for the junior class. This was not possible during 2020 due to the pandemic. What they were able to fundraise this year cannot be allocated to a non-school event.
Just a few of the costs associated with this event are:
venue rental, event insurance, security, DJ, food and beverage, decorations, lighting, printing, games, etc.
Please help us fund this PROM 2021 and give our graduates the send off they deserve!
Thank you ~ Kirstin Corman, PROM 2021, Chairwoman and proud parent of a senior heading to the New College of the Humanities, London/ Northeastern University.
*Remaining funds from PROM 2021 GoFundMe will be donated to the IHS Class of 2022.
