In Memory of Judy Nickel (Meme); Funeral Support Needed

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I am making this GoFundMe to honor my best friend’s Meme, whom I had the honor of knowing for more than half of my life. At age 78, Judith Nickel (Judy, Meme) passed away suddenly at home. Meme was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandma, and cherished friend to so many. She wasn’t just Meme to her grandchildren; she was Meme to so many more. She spent most of her life surrounded by her kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids. She was loved by so many. She was always there if you needed her to listen to you, to talk, or to make you laugh. She was someone who could make you laugh and put a smile on your face no matter what kind of day you were having. She was loving and caring and didn’t bite her tongue for anyone (one of the things I loved about her). If you knew Meme, you know how truly great just being around her was. She will truly be missed.

In this moment of overwhelming grief, the family is humbly asking for support to cover Meme’s funeral expenses. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a significant impact.
