London marathon 2022 in memory of Charlie ❤️

Hello everyone! My name is Grace and I am running this years London marathon in memory of Charlie Preston, who’s life was cruelly taken away from him far far too early

In October 2021 good friends of mine received the phone call which would be any parents complete nightmare, their 16 year old son Charlie wouldn’t be coming home his life was taken away from him along with his best friend by a callous stranger.

The charity that I am raising money for are a local charity who go above and beyond to help families who are affected by this kind of trauma, offering support in every way they can, they also help the community in many ways to try and decrease the amount of knife crime.

As a parent myself I cannot even begin to imagine the amount of pain that this sort of loss would cause, I’m sure it would be unbearable,

so any difference I can make to help those suffering would be the most human thing to do.

I am running 26.2 miles on October 2nd 2022 to try and raise as much money as I can for this amazing charity! Do you want to join me in making a difference?
