In Loving Support for the Onaga Family

My dear friends, Julia & Sergio Onaga, unexpectedly lost their beloved 20-year old daughter Haru last week. Haru was a gifted and sensitive artist who left this earth far too soon. Her parents are devastated by the loss of their only child and need our love and support.

This unimaginable loss comes during an already challenging time. Due to Coronavirus both Julia and Sergio have been out of work and were already struggling. Haru passed away in New York. In order to get her belongings they will need to either travel to NY from CA and quarantine for 2 weeks upon arrival or hire an attorney to assign a power of attorney to a friend in NY who can help retrieve her belongings.

There are no words to convey the pain this family is suffering. No parent should ever have to experience the loss of their child and no family should have to worry about paying for final expenses during such a devastating time. While nothing can help take away their pain we hope to alleviate some stress so they can focus on grieving and healing.

All donations from this fund will go directly to Julia and Sergio to help with final arrangements, travel expenses, legal bills and any other expenses to help them through this tragedy.
