In loving memory of Vasil Vasilovski
Donazione protetta
It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our dear friend Vasil. The past few years have been a long and tough journey for the Vasilovski family. Vasil was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, grade 4 brain tumor, in May of 2021 and since then has been putting up a big fight. He fought for as long as he could during his cancer battle which, unfortunately, took him from this earth on Monday, December 11, 2023 at the age of 60. He was a beloved father to three children Yuliya, Paul and Mariya. He was a wonderful son, brother, supportive husband to Irina, and a friend you could always count on.
Vasil decided to move his wife and 3 children to America in hopes of creating better opportunities for them. If you know Vasil, you know he always did everything he could to protect and provide for his family. He was a kind, clever, funny, tough loving man. He was always a stubborn man, but his stubbornness benefited him during his 2 1/2 year battle with cancer. He was a fighter and never gave up.
In the past few months, Vasil’s mobility and speech significantly decreased, so his youngest daughter, Mariya, made the decision to move back home and become his caretaker. His wife was by his side day and night making his day to day life as comfortable and pain free as possible. As a whole, his family were always there to provide love and support when he needed it most. Ultimately, his tumor along with many other complications, took a turn for the worst as he took his last breath with his daughters by his side.
Losing Vasil has been completely heartbreaking in every way. We are truly grateful he is no longer in any pain and discomfort, but we pray for strength in this incredibly difficult time for his family. He will be so deeply missed.
We would like to raise money for the family to help with covering funeral expenses and supporting the family in the future while they learn to navigate in a world without Vasil. Please keep the family in your prayers during this time and if you are able to donate and support in any way, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for everyone’s love and support. With the help and generosity of others through this difficult time, we hope the Vasilovski family can focus less on the financial burden and more on the joyous memories they have shared throughout Vasil’s life.
