Since the passing of Mishkat, I’ve found great comfort and reward in raising money for charity and helping those in need. His passing has inspired me to continue doing good in his memory and for others we’ve lost.

For my next project, I’d like to build a Mega Water Well or a number of Tubewells as a Sadaqah Jariyah for our deceased family members, those beautiful souls who have had a significant and lasting impact on our lives. May Allah, shower them with His mercy and grant them the highest ranks in Jannah.

This project is dedicated to the following names:

Gul Bahar (Mortuza mama mother)

Each of these names represents a life that’s touched ours in meaningful ways.

A project like this, providing clean water to communities in need, will continue to benefit them in the Hereafter, inshaAllah. And what better way to honour these mega people than with a mega well.

Let’s not forget the immense reward of giving water, a form of charity the Prophet ﷺ greatly encouraged. And remember:

“Charity does not decrease wealth. It repels calamity and opens the doors to blessings.” (Hadith)

May Allah accept this from us and allow it to be a means of continuous reward for them and for all of us. Ameen.
