It’s with broken hearts that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of Jose “Joey” Montiel. Our family is devastated, and words can’t express the pain we feel during this incredibly difficult time.

Joey was truly one of a kind full of life, laughter, and love. He had a way of making everyone around him feel seen, heard, and cared for. He was the kind of person you never forget, and his presence will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

As we try to come to terms with this loss, we’re reaching out for help to cover Joey’s funeral and memorial expenses. This was something none of us were prepared for, and any support whether through a donation or simply sharing this page would mean the world to our family.
