Help Support Janice Reives and Family

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Joe Kenlan, who died this morning (Saturday 5/2) at UNC Hospitals from complications following a procedure that he expected to recover from, but which could not be overcome. This sudden and unexpected loss has left Janice, Joe’s wife, and their entire family grieving deeply.

Joe was surrounded by love in his final moments by Janice, his daughters, his brothers, and close friends. During this incredibly difficult time, we are grateful for the exceptional care, compassion, and support provided by Joe’s critical care team at UNC.

As Janice and the family navigate the days ahead, we are asking for support to help ease the burden of end-of-life expenses, medical bills, and lost income from time away from work. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference as the family faces this heartbreaking loss.
