It’s with shattered hearts that we share the sudden and tragic passing of Carter — a kind, bright, and deeply loved young man. He was the cherished son of Mel, the loving brother of Karlie, and the devoted partner of Jocelyn. His unexpected loss has left his family and all who knew him in complete shock and sorrow.

Carter had a special way of making people feel seen, heard, and loved. His warmth, humour, and caring spirit lit up every room. He was a son, a brother, a partner, and a friend — and his absence is deeply felt by everyone whose life he touched.

We are raising funds to support Mel, Jocelyn, and Karlie as they face the overwhelming emotional and financial burden of this heartbreaking loss. The funds will go toward:

• Funeral and memorial expenses

• Time off work for Mel and Jocelyn to grieve
