This by far is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to write. On 8/21/25, my sister, Aniyah, passed away at DCH Hospital, the same place her twin sister Anasia died two years ago. It’s two years later, and we still never got answers for Anasia’s cause of death. Fast forward to now, and they can’t tell us one for Aniyah. This doesn’t even make sense to me, nor does it feel real. I lost two sisters within two years, and I can’t wrap my mind around this. I hate I’m even writing this. It’s so hard to grieve, face reality, and try to make arrangements at the same time.
