Immediate financial assistance for heart surgery
Donazione protetta
My name is Mohamed Nabie Bangura.
I am a disabled US Army Veteran. I am reaching out to the world at large, to ask for financial assistance, for a critically needed medical intervention, for my niece, Ms. Abiba Jalloh.
Abiba, a previously vibrant young woman, age 27, suffered a stroke on February 28, 2021. The stroke affected her speech and her right side. She is currently bed ridden, her right arm and right leg are both paralysed!
About a week before she had the stroke, Abiba had sought medical care at a local hospital clinic in Freetown, Sierra Leone. A chest x-ray and 2D Echo were done. The results were bad, she was diagnosed with an enlarged heart and a severe "systolic" heart failure! Abiba's condition is very serious! Her life is at risk we were told!
According to the doctors, Abiba's best chance for survival is to fly her overseas for heart surgery. She needs to have surgery, to get an implantable defibrillator inserted her chest, to help her failing heart!
I know there are medical facilities in the world that do this kind of surgery. Unfortunately, Abiba is currently languishing in a country that is not medically equipped to help her with this kind of heart condition.
We are asking for financial assistance to help fly Abiba overseas for surgery. Our initial goal for this funding is $15000. 00.
In addition to any cash donation, if there is any medical facility or charitable organization, that can help Ms. Abiba Jalloh with these serious medical issues, we will appreciate that as well!
Ms. Jalloh and her family will be very grateful for any donation you can provide to help save her life!
Please, please help us save Abiba's life!
Thank you in advance!
Location: Freetown, Sierra Leone.
