Kerr’s Story

Please sponsor me to climb my first mountain!

As you may or may not know, I was born with left sided hemiplegic cerebral palsy and at times life has been a bit of an uphill battle (a bit like climbing a mountain). Sport, particularly football, has always been my therapy and I’m delighted to be a part of the Scotland National Cerebral Palsy Football Team. However… we need your help to keep moving forward and the next tournament, the Euros, comes with £24,000 in costs. Each player has been asked to raise £1500 towards this.

Since my brother is very much involved in climbing, hillwalking and anything to do with the outdoors, I’ve decided to challenge myself to join him and bag my first Munro. At the end of May, we will climb Ben Lomond together.

Anything you can spare to help get us to the Euros in Loughborough will be greatly appreciated and to show my personal appreciation I will post photographs of our climb.
