Hi, my name is Sharon, and I'm doing one of the hardest things in my life, which is asking for help. My savings and retirement have been deleted over the years as my conditions have gotten progressively worse. My main problem is auto-immune liver disease, and it is slowly causing my body to stop working. I'm scared I will never be independent again.

I've been in the hospital now since December 20, 2023. I have no time left at work because I've been hospitalized 4 times since July 2023. My short term disability insurance won't even cover my rent, which is modest
