I have recently won the ballot to enter the Manchester Hyrox race which will be held on 9th November 2024. I have decided use this opportunity to raise funds and awareness for MS (Multiple Sclerosis).
No amount is too small and any donations are much appreciated.
All donations will be sent to MS Society to assist with research, support & treatment of the illness.
What Is MS?
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a condition that affects your brain and spinal cord. In MS, the coating that protects your nerves (myelin) is damaged. This causes a range of symptoms like blurred vision and problems with how we move think and feel.
Once diagnosed, MS stays with you for life, but treatments and specialists can help you to manage the condition and its symptoms.

What Is Hyrox?
HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times (8 stations in total and 8km of running).
