Keep Calm and Keep Fighting

Monika is my cousin, a loving wife, and a mother of two children (Iga-13, and Igor-16). Her life changed in 2022 when she was diagnosed with rare bowel cancer. She had undergone a few surgeries and chemotherapy to save her life. She tries her best to get better and doesn't give up....but, unfortunately, neither does the cancer.

The family struggles to cover the medical expenses for expensive treatment in Germany. Raising €120,000 is quite challenging. Therefore, I decided to run the Galway Bay Half Marathon on Saturday, 7th October, and try to help.
